Hellström has assisted Climber International Holding AB in the sale of Climber International AB

Hellström has assisted Climber International Holding AB in the sale of Climber International AB and foreign subsidiaries to the Finnish DIGIA PLC. Climber offers consulting services and solutions for the development of data-driven operations. The purchase price amounted to a total of EUR 13.5 million divided into fixed and variable components. The transaction was completed in early 2021. Hellströms team was headed by Jonas Wetterfors and assisted by Tina Aspe and Georgios Eleftheriadis.
