About Arvid Sundelin
Arvid works exclusively with environmental law and has extensive experience of permit processes, mostly regarding hydro power, wind power, CHP plants, mining operations, wood pulp plants, lumber etc. and assisting in environmental issues related to commercial transactions, primarily regarding environmental due diligence.
Arvid have a long background working with environmental law and is leading within water law with focus on hydro power and environmental quality standards. Arvid was involved in the preparation of the legislation regarding reconsideration of hydropower and the application of environmental quality standards for water, which entered into force on 1 January 2019 by assisting a number of social actors in negotiations with the Ministry of the Environment.
Arvid is a very experienced lecturer and holds lectures on environmental quality standards and water operations. Arvid is also a member of the Swedenergy legal group and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise’s environmental law group.

Per has been active as a corporate lawyer for more than 40 years.
